4. Pricing & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please ensure your availability and keep the exact cash amount ready for the rider.

5. Shipping & Deliveries

  • We dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours.

  • Estimated delivery times are 2–3 days for Karachi and 3–5 days nationwide.

  • Gulzaib is not responsible for unavoidable delays caused by courier management, weather conditions, or local holidays.

6. Returns & Exchanges

7. Errors & Omissions
