Karachi Deliveries: Arrives within 2 to 3 working days.
Nationwide Deliveries: Arrives within 3 to 5 working days.
Note: Deliveries might take slightly longer during public holidays, high-volume sale events, or extreme weather conditions.

Standard shipping rates apply nationwide at checkout.
Free Delivery: We offer 100% Free Shipping across Pakistan on all orders above Rs. 4,000.

Active Contact: Please provide an active mobile number at checkout so the courier rider can easily coordinate with you.
Exact Change: Kindly keep the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery to avoid any inconvenience.
Parcel Opening Policy: As per standard courier company regulations in Pakistan, customers are not permitted to open the parcel before making the full cash payment to the rider. Rest assured, if there is any issue after opening, our WhatsApp support is here to help you immediately.

Once your package is shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to you via SMS or Email.
You can use this number on our courier partner's website (such as Trax, Leopards, or TCS) to monitor your live shipment status.

We meticulously double-check and securely seal every single piece before it leaves our facility.
If your parcel looks open, damaged, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it from the rider and contact us immediately.
